Understanding the process is the first step in making the sale and/or purchase of your home a stress-free and enjoyable experience. Personal experience has provided Margaret the ability to assist in all aspects of a real estate transaction, from assisting first-time home buyers, to advising clients with respect to downsizing (and upsizing) and also helping clients navigate through the emotional experience of handling an estate sale.
Margaret’s extensive background as a law clerk specializing in real estate law and estate matters, as well as legal experience in all aspects of residential and condominium sales, has provided an acquisition of valuable knowledge and understanding of the real estate process, and the attention to detail that is imperative to every transaction. As a former member of the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario, Margaret taught real estate law at Mohawk College in Hamilton, and assisted in a real estate course presentation to law students at Osgoode Hall in Toronto.
Margaret has built her reputation on honesty, integrity, open communication, a thorough knowledge and understanding of real estate, and a willingness to listen carefully to her clients’ specific wants and needs. The confidence and trust of her colleagues and clientele has been imperative to her success, and that success is determined by the satisfaction of her clients as evidenced by a high percentage of her business being based on repeat clients and client referrals.
