Grange Hill neighbourhood is a mixture of old and new. The section closer to Victoria Road is homes built around the 1970’s they tend to be smaller or attached homes. The section closer to Watson Road is homes build within the past decade that are larger detached homes. You can also find a few great apartment style condos in this area. With housing options for just about anyone in this neighbourhood, the only downfall is the lack of amenities it currently has.
