Municipal Park neighbourhood is often a forgotten place as you don’t see this area come up on the market very often. The homes are on large lots and have solid construction, they are tucked behind commercial plazas and city-owned property which have made for some beautifully quiet streets. The homes were built anywhere from the 1950’s to the 1990’s and you will find anything from small bungalows to large family homes. The heart of this area is Municipal Park its self.
