David is passionate about real estate. After a successful career as a Plant Superintendent at General Motors, he started his own property development and management company in 2009. He specializes in investment properties and has extensive experience buying, developing and analyzing investment properties. To date, he has worked on over 30 of his own properties. He has assisted clients navigate the process from purchase and financing, to drawings, permit applications and inspections through to completion and then leasing these properties. His current portfolio includes over 52 units in Guelph, Kitchener and Waterloo. His innate eye for potential acquisitions and ROI has been flawless.

David was also part owner of one of Guelph’s last fully serviced Bed and Breakfasts, out of a historic registered building in the downtown core. On the flip side David has used the experiences above to collaborate closely with clients, friends and family members to achieve their specific goals for residential properties. He received his Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from University of Waterloo, later completing a Masters in Manufacturing Operations and is a Certified Quality Engineer. His schooling and work life have developed analytical, negotiation, people first focus and communication skills.

David is an avid golfer, runner and cyclist. Often he can be found travelling internationally to track/field and cross country meets to watch his son Michael race. At home, he is passionate about good food and loves to experiment with preparing gourmet cuisine. His experience, passion and success in the market is something he is eager to share.
