Gia Lucchetta has been helping people buy and sell homes in Guelph, Rockwood, Fergus, Elora, and surrounding areas since 1988.
Born and raised in Guelph, she attended the University of Western Ontario for a degree in Geography/Urban Planning, returning as an actively-involved resident of Guelph, including roles as Past President and 20 year Board member of Wyndham House, Past Member of the Board of Directors of the Children’s Foundation and Past President of the Guelph & District Association of Realtors®. As a result of her community involvement, Gia has been twice nominated for the YMCA Women of Distinction Award in the category of Voluntary Community Service.
Her desire to take a hands-on approach to planning, by matching families with their own perfect urban landscape, evolved quite naturally into real estate sales. Being a mother herself, Gia has an even richer appreciation of the special attention families with children require when involved in the daunting task of buying or selling their home.
Gia is ranked in the top 2% of Royal LePage® agents nationally and finds her sweet spot in the selling of heritage downtown homes. Gia is proud to say that real estate has been her only employment and that she can’t imagine doing anything else.
Knowledge, honesty, tenacity, common sense, and open-mindedness compliment Gia’s upbeat, straightforward, caring, fair, and just approach to life. The success that this dynamic combination of traits and core values brings is evident in the appreciation and respect afforded her by her clients as well as her community.
