Before becoming a realtor, I spent years in construction and restoration, working hands-on with everything from kitchen and bathroom demolitions to full home rebuilds. I’ve managed fire and flood restorations and even designed and built my own custom home, giving me a practical understanding of what truly makes a home solid—and what might become a costly surprise later.
