Born and raised on a farm on the outskirts of Guelph, Jason gained a strong work ethic and a love for rural property at a young age. Growing up, Jason learned the value of hard work, responsibility, and dedication—qualities that now define his approach as a real estate professional.
Prior to transitioning into real estate, Jason spent his career in the construction industry where he gained experience in the design and estimating of residential construction projects. Here, he honed his negotiation skills and built strong relationships with local builders, contractors, and tradespersons in Guelph and surrounding area. His foundation in construction and experience with rural living allow him to offer unique insights and connect clients with opportunities and resources that others might miss.
In addition to his real estate career, Jason is committed to his community, coaching John F. Ross’s high school football team in his spare time. Through coaching he shares his passion for teamwork, leadership, and mentoring young athletes. When he’s not helping clients or coaching, Jason enjoys spending time working on the family farm, and participating in local events.
Jason understands that buying or selling a home is one of the biggest decisions you’ll make, and he’s here to guide you through the process with honesty, transparency, and a personalized approach using his unique skills and expertise to ensure his clients the best possible experience.
