Jennifer has partnered with her sister Johanna Speers, and as business partners, they completely understand what makes a relationship successful.

Jennifer and Johanna believe that the community in which you live is one of the most important features to consider when buying a new home, and they both consider Guelph to be one of Canada’s greatest cities. There is no other place they would rather raise their families than in their hometown. Guelph is, simply put, a place to live and a place to lay roots.

The Property Gals have more than just their parents and a love for real estate in common, they both each have two beautiful daughters, and they appreciate the importance of community. Beyond their role as full-time Realtors, they are poutine lovers, believe in the power of a good manicure & enjoy music that makes you feel like a boss!
