Jessica Zerafa

I arrived in the Royal City in 2008 to play varsity hockey for the Gryphons and never left. Having grown up in Mississauga, I was instantly drawn to the sense of community a smaller city like Guelph offered. I graduated from U of G with a B.Comm in Tourism Management and earned Academic All-Canadian honours. Always eager to learn and expand my knowledge, I returned to school shortly after graduating to complete additional accounting courses.

I discovered my passion for real estate after purchasing my first property in the south end. I served on the condominium’s board of directors which provided me with a deeper understanding of the intricacies of condo ownership. As a former athlete, I appreciate the importance of hard work, commitment and perseverance. My diverse skill set and pursuit of excellence will serve as a valuable asset as I navigate the dynamic world of real estate. I am dedicated to learning and growing every day to provide exceptional service and support to my clients.

I was a member of the gold medal winning team that represented Canada in women’s hockey at the 2011 Winter Universiade Games in Turkey
