Johanna & Jennifer believe that the community in which you live is one of the most important features to consider when buying a new home, and they both consider Guelph to be one of Canada’s greatest cities. There is no other place they would rather raise their families than in their hometown. Guelph is, simply put, a place to live and a place to lay roots.

The Property Gals have more than just their parents and a love for real estate in common, they both each have two beautiful daughters, and they appreciate the importance of community. Beyond their role as full-time Realtors, they are poutine lovers, believe in the power of a good manicure & enjoy music that makes you feel like a boss!

What did you do before real estate?

Before I was a fully licensed Realtor, I was on the other side of the desk at Royal LePage® Royal City Realty. In many years before becoming a Realtor, I wore different hats at the desk from Appointments, Marketing and entering the Deals. Finally, in 2009, while working full time and having a 1 year old, I started to pursue my Real Estate Licence.

Are you a cat or a dog person?

Prior to January 2020, I wasn't an animal person. At all!! Now since bringing home our English Bulldog puppy, Arthur, in January 2020, I'm 100% Dog Person. Some might go as far as saying crazy dog Mom.

What is an experience that has made you a stronger person?

In the summer of 2007, I was in a car accident on Hwy 400, that took years to mentally recover from.
