Before entering the Real Estate profession, John gained a lot of experience with the construction of homes, working in various facets of the industry, and learning about renovations and building code. John balances these hands-on skills with an extensive sales background, strong communication, and interpersonal skills.

In his late-twenties John received a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in English from the University of St. Thomas in New Brunswick, where he finished in the top percentile of his class receiving several scholarships and awards.John brings comprehensive technological skills and social media savvy to the promotion and execution of the listings he works on and he applies his knowledge and 110% effort to serve his clients!

Meeting new people, building relationships, introducing Guelph to people from out of town, and seeing the happiness on my client's faces when they purchase the perfect place for them!

Avid listener to podcasts, lover of good food, reader of fine literature, and passionate about the city of Guelph and area!

Being the best parent I can be to my two children!
