I moved to Guelph with my family when I was in elementary school, and really never thought that this would be my forever town. That said, after living all over the province, literally all over, Guelph ended up being the very best fit.
I graduated in the mid-’90s from one of the first urban design programs in the province and knew that real estate would be a part of my future. Then, I headed to Northern Ontario to supervise the construction of a manufacturing facility. After being up north, I realized Guelph was a wonderful place to settle down in and to have a family. I then returned to my passion in residential real estate as a site supervisor and project coordinator for one of the areas most reputable custom builders. This role then led me to work as the model home coordinator and site supervisor for the largest builder in the area for 10 years. The challenges of new builds didn’t seem to be enough, which inspired me to open a successful renovation and restoration company that spanned a decade. And here we are today, watching my wife Andra enjoy and be passionate in her own way about real estate here in beautiful Guelph. It was an obvious choice with my knowledge in home building, renovation and restoration that I could be a great asset as a sales representative. I also proudly volunteer for Habitat for Humanity in Guelph!
