Kim has been a licensed real estate agent since 2017 and has a background in business administration. Kim purchased her first property in 1987 and has owned several types of properties, from condos to cottages. She has personal and professional experience you can rely on.
As your real estate agent, her goal is to help you reach your real estate goals. As time goes on, and your needs change, she will be there to help you decide if it is time to transition from one property to the next or if your best move is not to move but to renovate, put on an addition or construct a secondary residence on your property. She will help you determine what makes the most sense for you and your family.
The buying and selling process is stressful. Her job is to help alleviate your fears so you feel empowered to make good decisions. She will provide you with all the pertinent information you need, help you find a mortgage broker, a contractor, plumber, painter; anyone or anything you need because she is as committed to your success as you are.
When you decide to sell your property, she will prepare a customized Marketing Plan that will net you the most amount of money in the least amount of time. She will advise you on pricing and listing strategies. She will be with you every step of the way through to completion of a successful sale.
Kim’s promise to you,
I work for you and I am determined to provide you with the best experience and results so that you will never hesitate to give my name to your friends and family.

What is your favourite book?
Under The Tuscan Sun, by Frances Mayes. It inspired my husband and I to take on a fixer-upper. We had to work so hard and figure out so many things, we really surprised ourselves and it brought us closer together.
What do you love about being a REALTOR®?
