I have always had a strong connection to Fergus & Elora. From growing up on a horse farm just outside of town, to learning to skate and later volunteering with the Canskate program at the Sportsplex. From building a production company that put on Christmas shows for 5 years with the help of local businesses and volunteers and raised $30,000 for Hopewell Children’s Home in Ariss and $5,000 for Groves Memorial Hospital in Fergus, to teaching math to the next generation at my high school, Centre Wellington District High School, I can say for certain these streets, these people, and this community runs in my blood. This is my home. This is where I will raise my own children.
Combining my passion for the community with my passion for real estate, I am delighted to be a part of Royal LePage. What is the market doing right now? Well that depends. Are you looking to buy, sell, or invest? In this market, you may be doing all three. Let me see you through your real estate journey, and possibly the most important purchase you ever make, with competence and first hand knowledge of the place you may one day call home.
I respond quickly through email, phone, and text. I look forward to chatting with you soon!
What did you do before real estate?
On March 10, 2020 we stumbled on unprecedented times, the world shut down, and I simultaneously sold my home and lost my job as a math and English teacher with the Upper Grand District School Board until September—literally the same day. The hours of community service I poured into local theatre and the Canskate program at the Fergus Sportsplex came to a screeching halt and I was left wondering, as many of us did, what was next. I’ve always been interested in real estate and Covid was just the catalyst I needed to begin a new career and passion.
