Maggie Horne has lived on a 107-acre farm in near Guelph, since 1988. She obtained DVM from Ontario Veterinary College (OVC) in 1982, followed by postgrad studies at both Cornell University and OVC specializing in equine studies. In 2001 she obtained her real estate Broker’s license, focusing on both in-town and rural properties throughout Wellington, Waterloo, Halton, Dufferin & Peel Counties. She uses her expertise in rural property ownership, such as zoning & building bylaws & conservation land regulations, along with her in-depth knowledge and involvement in the equestrian industry, to offer her clients a unique perspective & service in equestrian, agricultural and rural property owners. Maggie enjoys her 3 Bouvier des Flandres dogs & breeding Dutch Warmblood jumper horses, for competition in Ontario, New York, Vermont, Spruce Meadows in Calgary Alberta, & Wellington, Florida.
