Michael’s passion for real estate was sparked early in life, having grown up around realtors, so it is no wonder he went on to take his courses with the Ontario Real Estate Association and pursue a career in real estate. A natural realtor, he’s quickly become a leading agent at Royal LePage® Royal City Realty. His expertise ranges from townhomes, detached urban and rural homes to estate properties.

Michael’s earliest experiences in real estate involved buying and selling two of his own properties. Successfully grappling with bidding wars gave him first-hand knowledge of the stresses and emotions involved in real estate. In his work as a realtor, he’s most proud of his ability to help his clients feel comfortable and secure as they buy and sell their homes. He believes all clients deserve the same level of care. His greatest reward is his buyer’s’ excitement at finding the right home at the right price and his seller’s elation of a smooth sale.

Born and raised in Guelph, Michael appreciates the city’s tight-knit community atmosphere. He volunteers as a hockey coach in his free time, leading the Junior and Senior boy’s hockey teams at Bishop MacDonnell high school.
