Originally from Coaticook, Quebec, Nathalie earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from the
University of Sherbrooke before eventually making Guelph home. She and her husband have lived in
Guelph for more than 20 years, where they are raising their two teenage sons and their much-loved white
German Shepherds.
Nathalie brings more than a decade of commercial real estate experience, specializing in office and retail
leasing throughout Guelph and the surrounding region. Her approach to real estate is highly personal and
intentionally curated. She is selective about the tenants she represents and equally thoughtful about the
landlords and properties she introduces them to. For Nathalie, a good fit matters — for both sides.
That approach has been shaped by her many years working alongside entrepreneurs and small business
owners, first through her local business centre and later with a national organization dedicated to helping
women start, build and grow businesses of their own. That experience gives Nathalie a perspective that
extends well beyond square footage and lease terms. She understands the realities of running a business
and takes the time to understand the people, plans and ambitions behind each one.
Outside of real estate, Nathalie has a particular affinity for working with older adults and has spent many
years supporting active aging and daily movement. She genuinely loves this work and the relationships
that come with it — and considers the time she spends with older adults one of the most rewarding parts
of her week.
When she’s not working, Nathalie is happiest walking the many neighbourhood trails the city has to offer or
hiking the beautiful conservation areas nearby. She also enjoys setting off with the camper to discover
Ontario’s provincial parks and has a great appreciation for food and hospitality — whether gathering
around the table with good friends or discovering an exceptional new restaurant — and loves exploring
everything Guelph, Wellington County and the communities beyond have to offer.
