Real Estate Agent Sabrina Essery

Sabrina is a proud mother of three adult children, an avid gardener, a member and volunteer with the Guelph Horticultural Society, a Director with the Guelph Association of Realtors (2016/2017), a President with the Guelph Association of Realtors (2021), chair of the Public Relations Committee and the Volunteer Appreciation chair. She is also passionate about her volunteer work helping newcomers settle into their new City of Guelph.

Growing up in Campbellville with her mother, mentor, and former real estate partner, Willie, has given Sabrina a solid understanding of rural residential properties. Having lived in downtown Guelph for the past 15 years, she has a great appreciation for older homes. Sabrina and Willie worked alongside each other for 30 years.

Sabrina enjoys music, the performing arts and trying out different international cuisines. She has even become quite the cook herself! In her spare time, she enjoys golf, sailing, cards and board games. Sabrina’s enthusiastic approach to life is perhaps her greatest asset in both her personal life and career making her a joy to work with.

Sabrina is also a longtime supporter of the Royal LePage® Shelter Foundation, which is a charity dedicated to funding women’s shelters and violence prevention and education programs across Canada, in fact, in 2023 she was among the top 10% of donors.

What do you love about being a REALTOR®?

Working with people and hearing their life stories, problem solving by being solution based and being fortunate seeing many different homes. I love Architecture.
