With just under 3 decades as a Real Estate Broker, Scott offers you expertise in virtually all venues of real estate. At 22, Scott obtained a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture, BSc(Agr). He owns 3 agricultural parcels of over 150 acres and, therefore, understands the issues, challenges and opportunities in the agricultural industry.

Shortly after, Scott obtained a Graduate University Degree in Business Administration, MBA, which enables him to go head to head with your lender to clarify the often confusing concepts used in the banking industry.  He also managed 2 Royal City Realty offices and acted as a mentor to new agents. Scott bought and converted an old factory and turned it into a senior’s 8-plex in Bruce County and currently owns and manages a commercial office building in the area. On his “time off” Scott enjoys skiing, water skiing, fitness swimming, piano, guitar and flying his home-built plane.
