What is the Clairfields in Guelph all about?

Clairfields neighbourhood began construction in the late 1990’s and has not stopped since. There is a wide range of housing options starting at condo style townhomes and ranging all the way up to large estate homes pushing the $1 million dollar mark. These homes commonly come with landscaping, pools and outdoor living spaces. This neighbourhood also has great parks and well manicured ball diamonds. We will continue to see the neighbourhood grow and develop into the next decade.
