What is Watson East in Guelph all about?

Watson East is a neighbourhood that has seen lots of growth. We continue to expand with new builds in the area and new schools as well. The homes in this area are an assortment of attached and detached making this a favourite for first-time buyers and younger families. There is not much in the way of amenities in this area but it is only a quick drive to anything you need.
